My name is Grant Trevithick. I am married to a truly beautiful woman, inside and out, Mirna and have the most handsome son on the planet named Jackson (and, no, I am not the least bit prejudiced in my description). We live in the Dallas area of Texas.
I am a full-time real estate investor and have been since 2010. My primary investing company is Owner Finance Homes LLC. Over the last several years, I was asked to share how I became successful, so I started a company Owner Finance Academy LLC, which trains both new and experienced investors how to buy and sell properties using owner financing. My team and I also operate HOPE Homes Inc, a non-profit company that donates 100% of all its cash flow and profits to charity, primarily to feed and clothe and provide job training and job placement for the poor.
I am deeply involved in community service, believing that for those that have been greatly blessed (which my family certainly have been) much is expected of them. We give at least ten percent of all the profits of all the companies we operate to charity. In 2017, that amounted to donations in excess of $102,000. My wife and I are also very involved in our church and other community activities, such as supporting our Veterans and Law Enforcement Personnel.
I was born and raised in Texas, although I spent several decades living in different parts of the county for work. I have two brothers, one in Texas and the other in Virginia, and my fathers lives in Texas as well.
